There are two basic types of consultancies:
Triaz believes that that both roles are important, but that without execution the advice or coaching is not worth much. It combines the two into actual results-oriented solutions.
Business owners tend to gravitate toward the functions they excel at and enjoy. Most business owners are competent at delivering the product or service the company brings to market. The two business functions we commonly see as weak points in client operations include:
Business Development, Marketing and Sales. After a number of years, companies tend to run on inertia in these areas, and are not effective in driving new business. The Triaz marketing consultancy first analyzes current activities to identify the best opportunity to achieve results. Often we find incredible inefficiencies in an organization’s marketing efforts. An unbiased outsider can be more objective and can more easily ask why things are done in a certain way. Upon completion of the analysis, a highly targeted and segmented approach to driving results can be implemented.
Financial Management including accounting, capital structure, and credit. Large companies have a CFO to look out for the shareholders’ interests. Most small companies do not have a professional CFO, and really do not have ongoing concern about their own stock value. Triaz has a network of investors and lenders who are interested in sound businesses as investments or for outright ownership. We have relationships with many preferred SBA lenders and can help package your loan request so it has the best chance of getting approved.
A relatively new tool is the tax and penalty free use of 401(k) funds for equity investments in small businesses. These are known as QES (Qualified Employer Securities) transactions, authorized pursuant to ERISA 408(e) and IRC 4975(e)(8). Triaz only represents QES programs which ensure compliance with ERISA, at competitive costs, and which further eliminate risk and administrative headaches for the client and his advisors, pursuant to the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
The Triaz system also involves a complete “suitability analysis” and insures that the proposed plan will actually be compliant with the letter and intent of ERISA and IRS regulations.
Detailed information on these programs will be provided to the client and professional advisors to allow complete due-diligence on their part as regards the Triaz QES programs after initial consultation.
