Triaz International provides strategic advisory and management services, facilitating exit and roll up solutions for small business executives. We are a company of business executives and intermediaries experienced in management operations, sales and marketing as well as planning and executing of transfer transactions.
Triaz offers a menu of services from which an owner can select that can lead to the optimization of their business and if desired to a transaction. In some cases an owner will have a particular buyer in mind, but does not know how to prepare the business for sale, or how to actually conduct the sale. For this owner we offer expert consulting services. Or an owner may only want to seek “Strategic” buyers (explained below) who may be willing to pay a premium. Other owners want maximum confidentiality, with no public advertising. An owner may want maximum exposure to offer the business through a number of intermediaries on a non-exclusive basis.
